Day Wise Itinerary
Day 1:
Guwahati Airport to Shergaon Day 1 (200 Km/7Hrs)
Journey to Shergaon: Begin your trip with a pick-up and drive towards Shergaon, stopping en route to visit Bhairabkunda in Assam.
Cultural Stop: Pass through Tenzin Gaon and spend some time exploring the serene Zengbu Gompa
Explore Shergaon: Upon arrival, explore Shergaon’s charming Apple Orchards and enjoy the natural beauty of the region.
Overnight Stay: Relax and unwind with an overnight stay in Shergaon.
NOTE - Assuming you will reach Guwahati Airport before 8 AM
Day 2
Shergaon to Shangti Valley Via Bomdila Day 2 (90 Km/3Hrs)
Morning Journey: After breakfast, depart from Shergaon and head towards Bomdila.
Monastery Visits: Explore the serene Bomdila Monastery before continuing to Dirang to visit the picturesque Dirang Monastery.
Shangti Valley Experience: Take a scenic river walk and enjoy a tranquil hike amidst the untouched beauty of Shangti Valley.
Sheep Farm Exploration: Visit the Sheep Farm in Shangti Valley for a glimpse into the local lifestyle and agricultural practices.
Day 3
Shangti Valley to Tawang Day 3 (90 Km/3Hrs)
Morning Departure: After breakfast, begin your journey toward Tawang, with a short halt at Baisakhi to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
Scenic Highlights: Visit the breathtaking Sela Pass and Sela Lake, capturing the beauty of this high-altitude region.
Historical Stop: Explore the Jaswantgarh War Memorial, honoring the bravery of soldiers.
Nature's Beauty: Experience the stunning Jang Waterfalls before reaching Tawang for an overnight stay
Day 4
Tawang Sightseeing
Morning Exploration: After breakfast, begin exploring Tawang, including Buddhist Monastery and other places around.
Optional Sightseeing 1: Head towards Y Junction and Bumla Pass, if road conditions permit, visit Bumla at the Indo-China border for a unique experience (Approx per day cost: INR 5,500/taxi for Bumla Pass). (Only Local Taxi can go)
Optional Sightseeing 2: Additional sightseeing options include Zimithang (INR 8,500/taxi) and Chumi Gyatse Falls (INR 12,000/taxi). (Only Local Taxi can go)
Evening Relaxation: After a day of sightseeing, return to the hotel to unwind and relax.
NOTE: Cost for local taxi's are not included in this itinary, we will arrange everything but you have to pay them in Cash
Day 5
Tawang to Dirang Day 5 ( 140 KM/ 5 Hrs)
Journey to Dirang: After breakfast, begin the drive to Dirang, stopping en route to admire the stunning Jung Falls.
Arrival and Check-In: Upon reaching Dirang, check in to the hotel and relax before starting local sightseeing.
Explore Dirang: Visit regional attractions such as the kiwi farms, Dzong (fort), hot water springs, Mandala Top, or Sangti Valley, depending on the time available.
Overnight Stay: End the day with an overnight stay at a hotel in the picturesque Dirang Valley, located at an altitude of 4,700 ft
Day 6
Dirang to Guwahati ( 350 Km/ 8 Hrs)
Start Early Morning: Begin your journey from Dirang around 6-7 AM to maximize daylight for a safe and scenic drive.
Follow the Route: Take NH13 via Bomdila, Bhalukpong, and Tezpur, transitioning to NH27 toward Guwahati.
Breaks Along the Way: Stop for refreshments at Bomdila or Bhalukpong and have lunch at Tezpur for a relaxed journey.
Reach Guwahati by Evening: Arrive in Guwahati by 5-6 PM, giving you time to settle in
Day 7
Guwahati to Cherrapunji ( 150 Km/ 4 Hrs)
Scenic Drive & Umiam Lake Stop –Travel from Guwahati with a refreshing stop at Umiam Lake.
Waterfalls & Viewpoints –Visit Elephant Falls and Mawkdok Dympep Viewpoint en route.

Day 9
Cherrapunji to Dawki (90 Km/ 3 Hrs)
Double Decker Root Bridge –Trek to the iconic living root bridge in Nongriat, a marvel of natural engineering.
Scenic Drive to Dawki –Travel through picturesque landscapes on the way to Dawki.
Umngot River Boating –Experience the crystal-clear waters of Umngot River with a peaceful boat ride.
Check-in & Relax –Arrive at your Dawki stay, check-in, and unwind for the evening.
Day 10
Dawki to Shillong ( 80 Km/ 3 Hrs)

Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
Booking confirmation requires an advance payment of ₹5,000 per person.
The booking will be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment is received.
The remaining balance payment must be paid on the arrival/pickup day, after pickup.
Advance payment is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Cancellation Policy
The advance payment of ₹5,000 per person is non-refundable.
No refund will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or unused services during the tour.
3. Accommodation
Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
If the listed property is unavailable, a similar-category accommodation will be provided.
Hotel/homestay check-in and check-out timings will apply.
4. Transportation
The vehicle will be provided according to the group size and package inclusions.
Vehicle usage will be strictly as per the agreed itinerary.
Extra vehicle usage, additional sightseeing, route diversions, or additional transfers will be chargeable.
Air conditioning may not operate or may be switched off in hilly, high-altitude, or difficult road conditions.
5. Permits & Identification
Valid Government-issued ID proof is mandatory for all guests.
Required permits will be arranged upon receiving the necessary documents from the guests.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate and valid information/documents within the required timeframe.
6. Itinerary Changes
The itinerary may be changed or modified due to weather conditions, road conditions, landslides, natural calamities, government restrictions, local circumstances, or other unforeseen situations.
In such circumstances, Northeast Advisor will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives.
Any additional expenses arising due to such unavoidable circumstances shall be borne by the guest.
7. Liability
Northeast Advisor acts as a travel organizer/coordinator and works with various third-party service providers, including hotels, homestays, transport operators and local service providers.
Northeast Advisor shall not be liable for delays, accidents, loss of belongings, injury, damage, cancellation, or disruption caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of their personal belongings and valuables throughout the trip.
8. Acceptance of Terms
Payment of the advance amount and confirmation of the booking shall be deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Guests are advised to read and understand all package inclusions, exclusions, payment terms, cancellation conditions, and itinerary details before making the advance payment.
