Day Wise Itinerary
Day 1 - Dibrugarh Airport to Aalo (250 Day 1 Km/8Hrs)
Dibrugarh Airport: Meet your driver and begin your journey to Aalo, a scenic 7-8 hour drive through Arunachal Pradesh.
En-Route Attractions: Cross the Bogibeel Bridge, India’s longest rail-road bridge, with stunning Brahmaputra views, and explore quaint villages to experience local culture.
Lunch Break: Enjoy a local lunch at a recommended spot along the route.
Arrive in Aalo: Check into your homestay or hotel by evening, followed by leisure time to explore the town or relax.
Dinner and Rest: Savor a traditional Arunachali meal and unwind for the night at your accommodation.
Day 2 - Aalo to Mechuka (190 Km/7Hrs)
Morning in Aalo: Begin your day with breakfast at your accommodation. Explore the serene surroundings or start early to maximize your journey.
Scenic Drive to Mechuka: Enjoy a 6-7 hour drive through stunning landscapes of valleys, rivers, and mountains, with stops at Hanging Bridges, cascading waterfalls, and scenic viewpoints. Interact with locals from the Adi and Memba tribes along the way.
Arrive at Mechuka: Reach this mystical valley known for its pristine beauty and cultural significance. Check into your homestay or hotel and relax after the journey.
Evening Exploration and Rest: Take a leisurely walk around the peaceful town and local markets. Conclude your day with a warm dinner featuring local dishes, followed by an overnight stay at your accommodation.
Day 3 - Mechuka Sightseeing
Morning: Begin with breakfast, meet your local guide, and explore Samten Yongcha Monastery, Gurudwara Sahib Mechuka, and Hanuman Camp.
Afternoon: Enjoy lunch by the Siom River and immerse yourself in the serene beauty of Mechuka Valley, surrounded by snow-capped mountains.
Evening: Witness a magical sunset over the valley, followed by a dinner featuring local delicacies like Zan or Thukpa, and rest at your accommodation.
Day 4 - Mechuka Sightseeing
Early Start & Breakfast – Begin the day with an early breakfast before heading out.
Drive to Lamang Pass – Travel 2.5 hours from Mechuka to Lamang Pass (13,713 ft), enjoying breathtaking views of this hidden paradise near the Indo-China border in Arunachal Pradesh's ShiYomi district.
Explore & Experience – Take in the stunning landscapes, capture scenic photos, and experience the high-altitude beauty of Lamang Pass.
Return to Mechuka – Head back to your homestay in Mechuka for rest and relaxation.
Day 5 - Mechuka to Pasighat (280Km/8Hrs)
Start from Mechuka early morning (6:00 AM) – Drive through scenic mountain roads.
Stop at Tato or Pidi or Aalo – Enjoy local cuisine and explore small villages en route.
Reach Pasighat by evening – Check into a hotel
Relax and rest.
Day 6 - Pasighat To Dibrugarh Airport (3Hrs)
Start after breakfast or as per your flight departure time.
It takes approximately 3 hours to reach Dibrugarh Airport, so please plan your departure accordingly.
Reach the airport on time and have a safe flight.

Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
Booking confirmation requires an advance payment of ₹5,000 per person.
The booking will be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment is received.
The remaining balance payment must be paid on the arrival/pickup day, after pickup.
Advance payment is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Cancellation Policy
The advance payment of ₹5,000 per person is non-refundable.
No refund will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or unused services during the tour.
3. Accommodation
Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
If the listed property is unavailable, a similar-category accommodation will be provided.
Hotel/homestay check-in and check-out timings will apply.
4. Transportation
The vehicle will be provided according to the group size and package inclusions.
Vehicle usage will be strictly as per the agreed itinerary.
Extra vehicle usage, additional sightseeing, route diversions, or additional transfers will be chargeable.
Air conditioning may not operate or may be switched off in hilly, high-altitude, or difficult road conditions.
5. Permits & Identification
Valid Government-issued ID proof is mandatory for all guests.
Required permits will be arranged upon receiving the necessary documents from the guests.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate and valid information/documents within the required timeframe.
6. Itinerary Changes
The itinerary may be changed or modified due to weather conditions, road conditions, landslides, natural calamities, government restrictions, local circumstances, or other unforeseen situations.
In such circumstances, Northeast Advisor will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives.
Any additional expenses arising due to such unavoidable circumstances shall be borne by the guest.
7. Liability
Northeast Advisor acts as a travel organizer/coordinator and works with various third-party service providers, including hotels, homestays, transport operators and local service providers.
Northeast Advisor shall not be liable for delays, accidents, loss of belongings, injury, damage, cancellation, or disruption caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of their personal belongings and valuables throughout the trip.
8. Acceptance of Terms
Payment of the advance amount and confirmation of the booking shall be deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Guests are advised to read and understand all package inclusions, exclusions, payment terms, cancellation conditions, and itinerary details before making the advance payment.
