Day Wise Itinerary

Day 1: Dibrugarh Airport to Aalo (200 Km / 7-8 Hrs)


  • Arrival & Drive to Aalo: Pick up from Dibrugarh Airport and begin your scenic 7–8 hour drive to Aalo

    via the Bogibeel Bridge, enjoying views of the Brahmaputra River.

  • En Route Experience: Stop for lunch at a local eatery and pass through traditional villages, offering

    glimpses into Arunachal's culture.

  • Check-in & Relax: Arrive in Aalo by evening, check into your homestay or hotel, enjoy a traditional

    dinner, and rest for the night.



Day 2: Aalo to Mechuka (190 Km / 6-7 Hrs)


  • Morning Start: After breakfast in Aalo, set out early to make the most of your scenic journey to

    Mechuka.

  • Drive Through Nature & Culture: Enjoy a 6–7 hour drive through valleys, rivers, waterfalls, and

    hanging bridges. Stop at viewpoints and interact with locals from the Adi and Memba tribes.

  • Arrival & Evening at Mechuka: Reach Mechuka by evening, check into your stay, explore the quiet

    town and markets, and end the day with a traditional dinner and rest.



Day 3: Mechuka Sightseeing


  • Morning: Begin with breakfast, meet your local guide, and explore Samten Yongcha

    Monastery, Gurudwara Sahib Mechuka, and Hanuman Camp.

  • Afternoon: Enjoy lunch by the Siom River and immerse yourself in the serene

    beauty of Mechuka Valley, surrounded by snow-capped mountains.

  • Evening: Witness a magical sunset over the valley, followed by a dinner featuring

    local delicacies like Zan or Thukpa, and rest at your accommodation.



Day 4: Mechuka Exploration & Activities


  • After breakfast, visit tribal villages to experience the Memba tribe’s culture.

  • Enjoy optional activities like trekking to Dorjeeling Hilltop, mountain biking, or nature trails.

  • Have a leisurely lunch while soaking in Mechuka’s serene beauty.

Day 5: Mechuka to Pasighat (290Km / 9 Hrs)


  • Depart Mechuka after breakfast for a long scenic drive to Pasighat.

  • Cross Bamboo Hanging Bridges, interact with Adi and Memba tribes, and stop at waterfalls and viewpoints.

  • Enjoy a traditional lunch at a local eatery or a picnic spot en route.

  • Arrive in Pasighat by evening, check in, and explore the local markets or Siang River banks.

  • End the day with Adi tribal cuisine for dinner.



Day 6: Pasighat to Anini (300Km / 9 Hrs)


  • Early Departure: Start by 5–6 AM for a long scenic drive through valleys and

    forests.

  • En Route Stops: Quick halts at Mayudia Pass, Hunli, and scenic viewpoints.

  • Reach Anini: Check in by evening, relax, and explore the peaceful surroundings.



Day 7: Anini Sightseeing


  • Morning in Anini: Begin your day with a relaxed breakfast at your resort, soaking

    in the peaceful atmosphere of Anini before heading out for exploration.

  • Visit Mipi Village: Explore the picturesque village of Mipi, where you can interact

    with locals and learn about their culture and traditions while enjoying the natural

    beauty of the area.

  • Explore Chigu Camp: Visit the scenic Chigu Camp, known for its breathtaking

    landscapes and natural beauty, endorsed by the Chief Minister of Arunachal

    Pradesh. Relax and soak in the tranquility of the dense forests and clear skies.

Day 8: Anini Sightseeing


  • Relax at Stay – Start the day leisurely, enjoying the stunning valley views.

  • Visit Emuli Grassland – Take a short 20-minute trek to explore the serene

    grasslands.

  • Explore Mipi & Mathu Valley – Witness breathtaking landscapes and untouched

    wilderness.

  • Return to Anini – Head back to your homestay and relax for the night.


Day 9: Anini to Roing (250Km / 9-10 Hrs)


  • After breakfast, embark on a long scenic drive back to Roing.

  • Travel through the Dibang Valley, crossing Mayudia Pass and Mishmi Hills.

  • Experience traditional village life and make scenic stopovers.

  • Stop for lunch at a roadside eatery or enjoy packed snacks.

  • Arrive in Roing by evening, explore the town or Dibang River, then rest.



Day 10: Roing to Dibrugarh Airport (150 KM/3 Hrs)


  • Morning Departure: After breakfast, begin your 3-hour drive from Roing to Dibrugarh Airport,

    marking the final leg of your journey.

  • Scenic Drive: Enjoy the beautiful countryside views along the way as you make your way to the

    airport.

  • Arrive at Dibrugarh Airport: Reach Dibrugarh Airport, where your trip concludes.

  • Trip End: Bid farewell as you head to your departure terminal for your onward journey

Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • Booking confirmation requires an advance payment of ₹5,000 per person.

  • The booking will be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment is received.

  • The remaining balance payment must be paid on the arrival/pickup day, after pickup.

  • Advance payment is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • The advance payment of ₹5,000 per person is non-refundable.

  • No refund will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or unused services during the tour.

3. Accommodation

  • Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking.

  • If the listed property is unavailable, a similar-category accommodation will be provided.

  • Hotel/homestay check-in and check-out timings will apply.

4. Transportation

  • The vehicle will be provided according to the group size and package inclusions.

  • Vehicle usage will be strictly as per the agreed itinerary.

  • Extra vehicle usage, additional sightseeing, route diversions, or additional transfers will be chargeable.

  • Air conditioning may not operate or may be switched off in hilly, high-altitude, or difficult road conditions.

5. Permits & Identification

  • Valid Government-issued ID proof is mandatory for all guests.

  • Required permits will be arranged upon receiving the necessary documents from the guests.

  • Guests are responsible for providing accurate and valid information/documents within the required timeframe.

6. Itinerary Changes

  • The itinerary may be changed or modified due to weather conditions, road conditions, landslides, natural calamities, government restrictions, local circumstances, or other unforeseen situations.

  • In such circumstances, Northeast Advisor will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives.

  • Any additional expenses arising due to such unavoidable circumstances shall be borne by the guest.

7. Liability

  • Northeast Advisor acts as a travel organizer/coordinator and works with various third-party service providers, including hotels, homestays, transport operators and local service providers.

  • Northeast Advisor shall not be liable for delays, accidents, loss of belongings, injury, damage, cancellation, or disruption caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

  • Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of their personal belongings and valuables throughout the trip.

8. Acceptance of Terms

  • Payment of the advance amount and confirmation of the booking shall be deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Guests are advised to read and understand all package inclusions, exclusions, payment terms, cancellation conditions, and itinerary details before making the advance payment.
