Day Wise Itinerary

Day 1: Dibrugarh to Roing (3 Hours, 150 KM)

Arrival at Dibrugarh Airport – Pick up from the airport and start the journey towards Roing.
Drive to Roing (3 Hours, 150 KM) – Scenic drive via the Bhupen Hazarika Bridge, crossing the Brahmaputra River.
Arrival & Check-in – Reach Roing, check into your accommodation, and relax.
Local Exploration (Optional) – Visit nearby attractions like Deopani river, or take an evening walk around the town.

Day 2: Roing to Anini (8 Hours, 220 KM)

Early Morning Departure – Start the journey from Roing to Anini, covering 220 KM in approximately 8 hours.
Scenic Drive Through Dibang Valley – Pass through breathtaking landscapes, dense forests, and the stunning valleys of Arunachal Pradesh.
En Route Stopovers – Short breaks at scenic spots like Hunli, Mayudia Pass, and local viewpoints for refreshments and photography.
Arrival & Check-in at Anini – Reach Anini by evening, check into your stay, and relax for the night.

Day 3: Anini Sightseeing (Day 1)

Relax at resort – Start the day leisurely, enjoying the stunning valley views.
Visit Emuli Grassland – Take a short 20-minute trek to explore the serene grasslands.
Explore Mipi & Mathu Valley – Witness breathtaking landscapes and untouched wilderness.
Return to Anini – Head back to your Resort and relax for the night.

Day 4: Anini Sightseeing (Day 2)

After breakfast, drive towards the scenic Matu Valley, surrounded by the pristine landscapes of the Dibang Valley region.
Visit Matu Resort and explore the beautiful surroundings.
Enjoy the resort’s exciting adventure activities, including the Zip Line, Glass Bridge, and other experiences available at an additional cost.
Visit the picturesque Matu Waterfall, an ideal spot to relax and capture memorable photographs.
After exploring Matu Valley and the resort, return to Anini.
Overnight stay in Anini.

Day 5: Anini Sightseeing (Day 3)

Start the day after breakfast with a scenic drive toward Chigu Valley
Enjoy multiple waterfalls and breathtaking mountain landscapes on the way
Take a short trek to the beautiful Mawu Waterfall
Relax with photo stops and enjoy the peaceful beauty of Anini throughout the journey

Day 6: Anini to Roing (8 Hrs, 200 KM)

Early Morning Departure – Begin the journey from Anini to Roing after breakfast.
Scenic Drive (8 Hours, 220 KM) – Travel through the breathtaking landscapes of Arunachal Pradesh, including forests, hills, and rivers.
Stopovers for Refreshments – Take breaks en route at scenic spots for photos and refreshments.
Arrival & Check-in at Roing– Reach Roing by evening, check into your accommodation, and relax for the night.

Day 7: Roing to Dibrugarh (3 Hrs, 150 KM)

Morning Departure – After breakfast, start the drive from Roing to Dibrugarh.
Scenic Journey (3 Hours, 2150 KM)
Drop-off at Dibrugarh Airport – Conclude the trip with a drop-off at the airport for your onward journey.

Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

Booking confirmation requires an advance payment of ₹5,000 per person.
The booking will be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment is received.
The remaining balance payment must be paid on the arrival/pickup day, after pickup.
Advance payment is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellation Policy

The advance payment of ₹5,000 per person is non-refundable.
No refund will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or unused services during the tour.

3. Accommodation

Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
If the listed property is unavailable, a similar-category accommodation will be provided.
Hotel/homestay check-in and check-out timings will apply.

4. Transportation

The vehicle will be provided according to the group size and package inclusions.
Vehicle usage will be strictly as per the agreed itinerary.
Extra vehicle usage, additional sightseeing, route diversions, or additional transfers will be chargeable.
Air conditioning may not operate or may be switched off in hilly, high-altitude, or difficult road conditions.

5. Permits & Identification

Valid Government-issued ID proof is mandatory for all guests.
Required permits will be arranged upon receiving the necessary documents from the guests.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate and valid information/documents within the required timeframe.

6. Itinerary Changes

The itinerary may be changed or modified due to weather conditions, road conditions, landslides, natural calamities, government restrictions, local circumstances, or other unforeseen situations.
In such circumstances, Northeast Advisor will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives.
Any additional expenses arising due to such unavoidable circumstances shall be borne by the guest.

7. Liability

Northeast Advisor acts as a travel organizer/coordinator and works with various third-party service providers, including hotels, homestays, transport operators and local service providers.
Northeast Advisor shall not be liable for delays, accidents, loss of belongings, injury, damage, cancellation, or disruption caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of their personal belongings and valuables throughout the trip.

8. Acceptance of Terms

Payment of the advance amount and confirmation of the booking shall be deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Guests are advised to read and understand all package inclusions, exclusions, payment terms, cancellation conditions, and itinerary details before making the advance payment.
Valid Government ID proof is mandatory.
Required permits will be arranged upon receiving necessary documents.

Itinerary Changes

Itinerary may change due to weather, road conditions, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.
Any additional cost arising due to such situations shall be borne by the guest.
